JKS Harrow Online Karate Syllabus

Train with clarity between classes — so every session has purpose and your progress accelerates.

Online training doesn’t replace the dojo. It amplifies it — by informing your intention and focusing your attention on the routes to success.

Why online accelerates performance

  • Informs intention: you know exactly what you’re practicing and why it matters.

  • Focuses attention: you concentrate on the key details that create real improvement.

  • Speeds up correction: you can review, compare, and repeat, so fixes happen faster.
